Trainee Program
As a trainee at NOWACO you will be part of a world-class community, literally as you will work together with colleagues sitting across global offices.
At NOWACO, we offer our own trainee program which goes beyond than "just" sales and shipping experience - It provides a 2-year program combined with 8 weeks of school at Aarhus Business College, where great knowledge about trading and logistics along with other interesting topics that are being taught. Our trainees take on responsibility right from the start and gain practical experience, and in some cases you might even have the opportunity to travel to Africa, Asia as well as our other markets. We aim to contribute to both your professional and personal development during your time with us.
In the weekdays you will spend time at the headquarter office in Aalborg, where you will become part of one of our sales/shipping departments.
