Our Graduate Program are a great way to kickstart your career and open doors to opportunities for future work. Not only will you gain knowledge and hands-on experience, but also become part of a global business company, where you will get the opportunity to network with people from all over the world.

As a Graduate at NOWAO, you will become familiar with the company’s business as well as how we communicate and work across our worldwide offices. The program will extend over 2 years, and depending on the Graduate position, we will make sure that you get the expertise and knowledge within the area the position supports.

Graduate 2022-2024

Meet Frederik

Meet our former Graduate Frederik and hear about his experience with the program and the opportunities that led him to his current position as Commercial Project Manager.

What made you decide to become a Graduate

The versatility. In other words, the opportunity to work within different areas of the business, along with the opportunity to personally develop during the Graduate Program, including seeing where my work will contribute the most to the business.

What did you do before starting the Graduate Program

Before becoming a Graduate, I studied the MSc Organization and Strategy at Aalborg University. Beside taking care of school, I worked two student jobs, where I worked as a sales coach in telemarketing along with my other job in a project department.

How would you describe the community?
The community is quite unique. It is a young, agile and unformal workplace where there is room for everyone. I haven't yet woken up and thought that I don’t want to go to work today. It’s a clear advantage of working with colleagues, who also become your friends. Here, we do things outside work such as social events, playing paddeltennis, training at NOWACO Health Club and much more.

What options are there after the program?

I would say that there are great opportunities after finishing the Graduate Program. For me, I had a desire to continue working in both sales and project management, which have giving me the unique opportunity to further be working within NOWACO.

What have been the best experience during the program?

The freedom with responsibility and the collegial community, which exist in the organization.

Why did you choose NOWACO?

At NOWACO the focus was on me as a candidate, rather than their Graduate Program. They were looking for a graduate that was willing to take part in a new team and help define the position. This perspective on graduates and their role in the company resonated with me, which is why I chose NOWACO.
