The fish market today is highly differentiated. At NOWACO we have therefore segmented the products into three main categories; ground fish, pelagic fish and seafood/shrimp.
FISH PRODUCTION IN CHINA
At our production facilities in China we can comply with any request from the highly specialized fish industry and food service segment. Our handmade quality fish products enable us to deliver also in small quantities. Quality control is provided by experienced inspectors on raw material and before shipment.
MONITORING THE SEASONS
Many tons of pelagic fish are sourced both from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The different seasons are being monitored by our local fish experts. NOWACO's strong network, know-how and quality processes, build a strong foundation for long term relations with our business partners.
